Legal Protection
By engaging the boarding, daycare, grooming, or any related pet care services provided by Tumbaros Clubhouse LLC (“Tumbaros Clubhouse,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), the client (“Owner,” “you,” or “your”) hereby acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions. The Owner warrants that they are the lawful owner or authorized guardian of the animal(s) (“Pet”) enrolled for services and that all information provided to Tumbaros Clubhouse is accurate and complete. Services are rendered solely under the discretion of Tumbaros Clubhouse and may be declined or terminated at any time for cause, including but not limited to health, safety, or behavioral concerns.
All bookings, including boarding and daycare reservations, are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid payment method is required at the time of booking, and all fees must be paid in full prior to the Pet’s release. Cancellations or modifications are governed by our cancellation policy, which may include forfeiture of deposits or applicable service charges. Tumbaros Clubhouse reserves the right to alter rates, policies, or operational procedures without prior notice, provided that any such changes are posted publicly on the company’s website or communicated directly to affected clients.

Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Veterinary Authorization
The Owner understands and expressly agrees that Tumbaros Clubhouse LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, or death of the Pet occurring during or as a result of participation in daycare, boarding, transportation, or any other service, whether such injury arises from the actions of other pets, human handlers, or unforeseen circumstances. The Owner hereby waives, releases, and discharges Tumbaros Clubhouse from all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action of any nature, whether known or unknown, arising out of or relating to the Pet’s participation in services rendered.
The Owner acknowledges that pets may interact with other animals under supervised conditions and that inherent risks exist in such interactions, including but not limited to bites, scratches, contagious diseases, and stress-related conditions. The Owner assumes full financial responsibility for any damage, injury, or harm caused by their Pet to other animals, persons, or property during the period of service.
In the event of illness or injury, Tumbaros Clubhouse is authorized to seek medical attention for the Pet at its discretion, including transport to a licensed veterinarian. The Owner agrees to reimburse all veterinary and transportation costs incurred, as well as any reasonable administrative fees. Tumbaros Clubhouse shall make reasonable efforts to contact the Owner or their designated emergency contact prior to treatment; however, failure to establish contact shall not impede necessary care as determined by the attending veterinarian.
Health, Vaccination, and Conduct Requirements
To ensure the health and safety of all animals and staff, all Pets entering Tumbaros Clubhouse facilities must be current on required vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and bordetella (kennel cough), or any other immunizations as mandated by local or state regulations. Proof of vaccination must be provided prior to admission, and Tumbaros Clubhouse reserves the right to refuse service for any Pet lacking proper documentation or exhibiting signs of illness, parasites, or aggressive behavior.
The Owner certifies that their Pet is in good physical health, free from communicable diseases, and not currently under any treatment or condition that may pose a risk to others. Tumbaros Clubhouse reserves the right to isolate or remove any Pet demonstrating disruptive, destructive, or unsafe conduct, with all related expenses borne by the Owner. If, in the judgment of Tumbaros Clubhouse, a Pet’s behavior or health status poses an ongoing threat to safety or operations, the Owner may be required to immediately retrieve the Pet, and future services may be declined.
The Owner further agrees that any photographs, videos, or media captured of their Pet while on the premises may be used by Tumbaros Clubhouse for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes without compensation or prior approval. This consent is perpetual, worldwide, and irrevocable.
